Existing Users, please enter in the email address you have been using to access the COBRA participant portal. You will then be prompted to set up additional access/registration (new process beginning 10/4/24) or you will be asked to enter in your password. If you have forgotten or can't locate your Password, please click on “Forgot your Password?”. You will receive an email to reset your password.
